Pursuant with the rules governing the remediation of releases of petroleum or hazardous substances from underground storage tank (UST) system(s), 40 CFR 280.67, notice to the public is required for a confirmed release that requires a corrective action plan (CAP). Notice is hereby given that a proposed CAP has been submitted for the UST site located at:

A proposed CAP dated April 25, 2019, was submitted by the owner and/or operator of the UST system(s) for the review and approval of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP). Once the WVDEP has reviewed and approved the proposed CAP, the owner and/or operator of the release will be required to implement the proposed plan.
A copy of the proposed CAP, as well as other documentation relating to this release and the UST system(s) involved, are available for inspection and copying by the public. Please make all requests for copies or for inspection of the proposed CAP and other related documentation in writing to WVDEP, 2031 Pleasant Valley Road, Fairmont, WV 26554.
