CONSTRUCTION OF
TELECOMMUNICATIONS
TOWER
Shentel is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a telecommunication tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The tower called 67414 South Fayette is off Rhodes Street, Beckley, WV (37-45-52.77N and 81-10-50.90W). The self-support tower will be 199 feet (including a 4-foot lightning rod) in height. Only comments regarding potential effects on Historic Properties should be sent within 30 days of publication to:
