INVITATION TO BID
The Benwood-McMechen Housing Authority will receive sealed bids on a Lump-Sum basis for installation of six new Ductless A/C Systems in our Marwood apartment bldg., at 2106 Marshall St., Benwood, West Virginia until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at the Housing Authority Offices, 2200 Marshall Street, Benwood, WV 26031, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A Prebid Conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at the Housing Authority Administrative Offices at 2200 Marshall Street, Benwood, West Virginia. The scope and details of the proposed project work will be discussed. Attendance is recommended.
Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained upon request from the Benwood – McMechen Housing Authority, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
