The object of the above entitled action is for Jennifer Ebert, to legally change her son’s name, Dylan Michael Knorr to Dylan Michael Ebert. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Dylan Michael Knorr to Dylan Michael Ebert.
A hearing shall be held on the 6th day of September, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable Judge David Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
