The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a judgment for a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Brittany Vaughan and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore, it is ordered that Brittany Vaughan do serve upon Richard Jones, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 13, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Brittany Vaughan at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
