The object of this hearing is the Adoption Petition of William Arthur Ball Jr., for the adoption of McKenzie Grace Baldwin and Madison Nicole Baldwin and for the names of the said children to be changed to McKenzie Grace Ball and Madison Nicole Ball. This notice is to inform the biological fathers of said children and any other persons that the parental or familial rights of the biological fathers of any other persons related to the children may be terminated in said proceeding and to inform you that you may appear and defend any such rights. Additionally, should you fail to respond, you may not receive further notice of the adoption. Said hearing is scheduled for October 16, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the chambers of the Honorable Robert A. Burnside Jr., Circuit Court Judge of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in the Raleigh County Courthouse, located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
