Allen serve upon Roy Lane Trent Jr., Petitioner, c/o Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Modification filed in this action on or before October 23, 2019. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Modification a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
