PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on the 3rd day of September 2019 at 12:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Council of the City of Wheeling will be conducting a public hearing to consider a request to change the zoning classification of property identified as Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 on the Map of Lenox recorded in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office and more commonly known as 1154 National Road and 2 Laurel Avenue from R-1B Single Family Residential to EMO Educational Medical Office for the purpose of constructing a bank.
