The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Cavalier Mobile X-Ray Co., Youngstown, Ohio, CON File #19-WV-11691-P, for the expansion of mobile diagnostic imaging services to all counties in West Virginia. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $143,000.00
