ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Lewisburg, 531 Feamster Road, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901 until 2:30 p.m., August 22, 2019.
The bid price shall include the cost of providing upgraded lighting equipment for ball fields at Hollowell Park in the City of Lewisburg. The Bid solicitation is for the equipment only, installation will be provided by others.
Specifications:
Provide a total of 52 LED (light-emitting diode) 750 watt sport luminaires with compatible visor glare and mounting brackets to replace existing metal halide lights. Each unit shall have a powder-coated finish and tempered glass lens. A manufacturer’s warranty of 5 years minimum is required.
All bidding documents shall be submitted in a single envelope address to the City of Lewisburg marked with the following information in the lower left hand corner:
“Name and address of bidder”

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Any Contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates and acknowledges that he/she has a valid WV business license, a City of Lewisburg business license and meets the qualifications required by the statues of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. The City of Lewisburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
