PUBLIC NOTICE
The Greenbrier County Board of Health, on July 31, 2019, voted to request approval for an additional environmental fee for service in accordance with West Virginia Legislative Rule 64CSR51. The purpose of the change is to establish fees for offering the ServSafe Certified Manager course. The fee for taking the course and test with the purchase of a book would be $175.00, the fee for taking the course and test without the purchase of a book would be $100.00, and the fee for taking just the test without the purchase of a book or taking the course, would be $75.00. There will be a 30-day written comment period ending September 6, 2019.
