The object of the above entitled action is a suit for an Unlawful Detainer.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Andrew R. Leech, Jr. and/or any current occupants are individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants, without effect, and that in this action that Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, counsel for plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants Andrew R. Leech, Jr. and/or any current occupants via personal service on July 26, 2019 without effect, it is therefore ORDERED that Andrew R. Leech, Jr. and/or any current occupants do appear and serve upon Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, and the law firm of Samuel I. White, PC, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 5040 Corporate Woods Drive, Suite 120, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462, an answer or other response to the Complaint on or before thirty (30) days from second date of publication, otherwise judgment by default will be entered against Andrew R. Leech, Jr. and/or any current occupants at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
