The City of Wheeling is accepting sealed bids for J B Chambers Sports Complex Scoreboard. Receipt deadline is 2:00 PM September 24, 2019 in the City Manager’s Office, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. Bidding documents may be obtained only upon payment of $25 to the City of Wheeling for each set obtained from the office of the City Engineer. This deposit is non-refundable. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
