The Office of Marshall County Clerk will receive bids until October 1, 2019 at 9:00 AM. Bids will be opened and reviewed at the Marshall County Commission Chambers at 9:15 A.M. October 1, 2019.
Bid specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Marshall County Clerk located on the first floor of the Marshall County Courthouse, 600 Seventh Street, Moundsville, WV 26041 or by calling 304-845-0482 and requesting a copy. Bids are to be sealed, mailed or delivered, plainly marked on the outside of the envelope:

Bid prices must be guaranteed for 60 days. The Marshall County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
