NOTICE OF TWO
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Public hearing will be held to amend and readopt article 1735 of the international energy conservation code. A second public hearing will be held to Transfer 1508 Market St Property to the State of West Virginia Public Land Corporation. Copies of both Ordinances and attachments are available in the office of the City Clerk. The public hearings will be held in City Council Chambers, first floor, City-County building, 1500 Chapline St, Wheeling, WV beginning at 5:30 p.m. on September 17, 2019 at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
