NOTICE OF
PROPOSED CONVEYANCE
TAKE NOTICE that the governing body of Truth In Action Ministries, also known as Coral Ridge Ministries Media, Inc., a religious organization, located at 5555 North Federal Hwy, Suite 1, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33308 for and on behalf of said religious organization, shall, on or after the date of the final publication of this Notice as a Class I legal publication pursuant to West Virginia Code 35-1-10, and in accordance with West Virginia Code 59-3-1 et seq,, grant, sell and convey its fifteen percent (15{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) interest in the following described real estate together with the improvements situate thereon, to George Robert Yeager for the sum of $8,250.00 (which sum equals fifteen percent (15{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of the gross selling price of $55,000.00), less 15{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of the customary closing costs related to said transfer, and which real estate is more particularly described as follows:
That certain tract or parcel of real estate, together with any improvements thereon, rights incidental thereto and any appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the City of Oak Hill, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit
Lot No. 96 of the Highlawn Park Addition to the City of Oak Hill, as shown on a map or plat of the same filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Map Book 4, at Page 363.
And being the same real estate which was conveyed unto William Yeager by Dora May Yeager, by deed dated March 3, 2007, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 629. The said William Yeager died testate, and by virtue of his Last Will and Testament recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Will Book 91, at Page 609, he devised the aforesaid fifteen percent (15{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) interest in said real estate unto Truth In Action Ministries, also known as Coral Ridge Ministries Media, Inc.
