Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (FRANZ THOMAN) located in Ohio County, WV.
From Wheeling, take WV-2 (River Rd.) north to Warwood. Turn right onto N.22nd St., becoming Cherry Hill Rd/Glenn’s Run Rd. Keep right to stay on Cherry Hill Rd. Access road will be on the right 2.7 miles from WV-2.

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
