NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc. of its petition to the Circuit Court of Monongalia County to cremate the remains of Harold Dixon, age 79.
If there are any family members or friends who wish to take responsibility for the remains of Mr. Dixon, please contact Hope Ainsley, in Care Management at West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc. at 304-598-4167 by October 4, 2019.
The court will decide this matter without a hearing unless an objection is filed by an interested party with the Clerk of Monongalia County Circuit Court on or before October 4, after which date the court will rule on the petition.
