J.P. being the natural child of CHRISTY CONNER and K.S. being the natural child of LINDSEY SPIELVOGEL.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of CHRISTY CONNER. biological mother and occasional custodian of infant J.P., whose date of birth is March 19, 2018 and JOSEPH PAREE, biological father and occasional custodian of infant J.P., whose date of birth is March 19, 2018 and K.S., whose date of birth is March 9, 2007.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that CHRISTY CONNER and JOSEPH PAREE have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants J.P., whose date of birth is March 19, 2018 and K.S. ,whose date of birth is March 9, 2007. It is ORDERED that CHRISTY CONNER and JOSEPH PAREE are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 31st day of October, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. for a Motion Hearing and Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of CHRISTY CONNER. biological mother and occasional custodian of infant J.P., whose date of birth is March 19, 2018 and JOSEPH PAREE, biological father and occasional custodian of infant J.P., whose date of birth is March 19, 2018 and K.S., whose date of birth is March 9, 2007, may be terminated.
