The object of the above titled action is to collect a debt. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff has exercised due diligence to locate the Defendant and has failed to located them.
It is ORDERED that Kenneth Joseph Crawford and Tara Jean Crawford do serve upon Clinton W. Smith, Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 405 Capitol Street, Suite 4, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, an answer, including any related counterclaim you may have to the complaint filed against you in the above styled civil action, a true copy of which can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at their office. You are required to serve your answer within thirty (30) days exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint, and you will thereafter be barred from asserting any claim you may have in another action, which must be asserted by counterclaim in the above styled civil action.
