The object of the above entitled action is a declaratory action seeking to enforce the Rent to Own Contract for property located at 304 Glenn Avenue, Beckley, West Virginia, described as surface Lot 128 Park Heights, Beckley District, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
It is appearing that after numerous personal service attempts, Defendant, BRANDON DONELL, is unable to be located; therefore, it is
Ordered that this action is to be published for two successive weeks in The Register-Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Raleigh County which will most reasonably provide actual notice of this action. Furthermore, Defendant shall appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, II, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 208 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801 an answer or other defense to the Civil Complaint for Declaratory action filed in this action on or before November 11, 2019, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office located in Beckley, West Virginia.
