PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Fayette County, West Virginia, at a regular meeting on November 4, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. or immediately thereafter will consider the following applications for Special Use Permits, Variances or Appeals as required by the Fayette County Unified Development Code.
The hearing will be held in the county commission meeting room on the first floor of the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia. Protest petitions may be filed on or before November 4, 2019.
U-1075-19-1: Request of Cynthia D. Light, Owner, for a special use permit, as required by Section 3102 subsection HH, NN, for the purpose of operating a Bar and Video Lottery, on property legally described as, Lot .42 / Kanawha River, Valley District.
U-1076-19-1: Request of Robert & Connie Lee, Owners, for a special use permit as required by Section 2001.3, Subsection III.K, for the purpose of placement of, a dwelling, single, type 2, detached, on property legally described as, Surf 6.8 James River Kanawha TP, New Haven District.
U-1077-19-1: Request of Solid Rock Worship Center, Owner, for a special use permit, as required by Section 2001.4 subsection III,E, for the purpose of operating a church, on property legally described as, Surf 18.07 / Arbuckle, Plateau District.
