The object of the above entitled action is for Joe Richard Olejasz to legally change his name to Joseph Richard Olejasz. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Joe Richard Olejasz to Joseph Richard Olejasz.
A hearing shall be on the 15th day of November, 2019 at 11:00 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge David Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
