NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated September 29, 2005, executed by Borrower, Randi R Vaughan, to Carl H. Cather, III, Esq., Spilman, Thomas, & Battle, PLLC, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book 3288, at Page 184. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 753 York Ave, Charleston, WV 25312. WV Trustee Services, LLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated September 12, 2019, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 4383, Page 841. The borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Kanawha County, in Charleston, West Virginia, on the following date: 8th day of November 2019 at 11:30 a.m. All that certain lot or parcel of land together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in the City of Charleston Charleston North District Kanawha County West Virginia and being all of Lot Nos 72 and 73 of Standard Addition to the City of Charleston Kanawha County West Virginia as the same is shown upon a map or plat designated as Standard Addition to the City of Charleston as laid out in streets and alleys made by M W Venable and Sons C E of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County West Virginia in Map Book 5 at page 64. This conveyance is made subject to all easements rights of way exceptions oil and gas leases agreements covenants conditions restrictions and reservations affecting the title to the property hereby conveyed that are of record in the said Clerk s Office, provided however that any such covenants conditions or restrictions indicating a preference limitation or discrimination based on race color religion sex marital status ancestry disability handicap familial status or national origin is hereby deleted to the extent such covenants conditions or restrictions violated 42 USC 3604(c) Being the same property conveyed to Randi R Vaughan by the Deed dated September 29, 2005 and recorded in Deed Book 2642 at Page 593 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia.
