The object of the above entitled action is for Renee Folasade Fadoju to legally change his/her name to Renee Folasade Saporito. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Renee Folsade Fadoju to Renee Folasade Saporito.
A hearing shall be on the 2nd day of December, 2019 at 2:45 PM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
