Barton relating to the above named individual requesting changing the name from Journey Nickoll Barton to Journey Ophelia Barton. Please take further notice that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled for December 11, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Family Court of Raleigh County, located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia before Judge H. Suzanne McGraw at which time and place, any interested party may appear and make any objection known or otherwise contest the name change.
