Please take notice that on December 9, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider a request made by Grant Street Commons LLC to change the zoning classification of the following described area from I-2 General Industry to C-2 General Commercial:
Description: Lot 133 and part of lots 132, 134 and 135 on the Old Town Plat found in Deed Book 57 Page 370 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office, more commonly known as the southwest corner of 17th & Wood Street.
