AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Tribune Resources, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a
Class II Administrative Update for the Mary Miller
facility located near Wileyville, in Wetzel County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.6149*N, -80.6138*W.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
NOx = 14.03 TPY
CO = 39.10 TPY
VOC = 28.90 TPY
PM10 = 0.55 TPY
SO2 = <0.01 TPY
HAPs = 1.04 TPY
Startup of operation is planned to begin in December
2019. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
