payment of sewer account in the amount of $122.18 This amount due reflects an amount owed for
services rendered from March 2019 –
October, 2019.
And it appearing by an
affidavit filed in this action that service is
unsuccessful, it is ordered that Wayne & Betty D. Faircloth serve upon Berkeley County
Magistrate, whose address is 380 W. South St., Martinsburg, WV 25401, an answer or other
defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 15, 2020, otherwise judgment by
default will be against
Wayne & Betty D.
Faircloth
at any time thereafter.
