PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:
REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN APPROVAL: Evans Run Subdivision: The property is located at the intersection of Arden Nollville Road and Tinsman Lane, in the Arden Tax District. This project proposes 34 single-family lots on approximately 72.72 acres to be served by private well and septic. File #044-19
REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN APPROVAL: Mountaineer Gas- Service Center: The project is
located on the west side of US Rt. 11 (Williamsport Pike), approximately 0.1 mile north of Joshua Drive, and 0.2 miles north of Berkeley Plaza, in the Arden Tax District. This project proposes a 9,046 square foot commercial warehouse and office building on approximately 4.72 acres, to be served by public water and sewer. File #041-19
The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the
City of Martinsburg at
6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to attend this hearing and make their comments known. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of
Monday January 6, 2020 will be utilized.
