The object of the above-styled lawsuit is for the Plaintiffs to recover for damages resulting from a motor vehicle collision that occurred on September 21, 1017, on West Virginia Route 2 in or near New Martinsville, Wetzel County, West Virginia. As it appears by Affidavit that Defendant Leo Christopher Williams is a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ORDERED that Leo Christopher Williams respond to the Complaint and serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorneys, P. Joseph Craycraft, Eric C. Haught and Swartz Campbell LLC, whose
address is 1233 Main Street, Suite 1000, Wheeling WV 26003, an Answer or other responsive pleading,
including any related counterclaim or defense Leo Christopher Williams may have to the Complaint filed against him in this action, on or before January 15, 2020. If such Answer or responsive pleading is not filed on or before January 15, 2020, judgement, upon a
proper hearing and trial, may thereafter be taken against Leo Christopher Williams for the relief demanded in the Complaint. A copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
