Notice is hereby given that MARFORK COAL COMPANY, LLC, PO BOX 457, WHITESVILLE, WV 25209 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for extension of inactive status on Permit No. U301708 located near Clear Creek in Clear Fork District of Raleigh County.
A copy of the application will be available for review until January 10, 2020, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above and is available at:
