PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMIT,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
Antero Resources Corporation, 1615 Wynkoop Street, Denver, CO 80202, is applying for a permit for a natural gas horizontal well, Orchard Unit 5H, located at
approxi mately UTM NAD 83 Easting 519614.25m, UTM NAD 83 Northing 4377888.23m, in Fishing Creek Watershed, Porters Falls 7.5′ Quadrangle, Green
District, Wetzel County, WV which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty day period.

Department of Environmental Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304 (304-926-0450). Full copies or scans of the proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP headquarters.
