The City of Smithers will be accepting sealed bids until Friday, January 10, 2020 at 4 p.m. on the following real estate located in Smithers, Fayette County, West Virginia.

Sealed bids can be dropped off at 518 Michigan Ave. Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m or by mail, “Seal Bid” P.O. Box 489, Smithers, WV 25186.
Any bids received by mail must be post marked by January 10, 2020. Sealed bids will be opened during Council Meeting on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 6 p.m., 518 Michigan Avenue Smithers, WV.
