Please take further notice that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled for January 29, 2020 at 11:30 a.m., Family Court, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia before JUDGE ERIC SHUCK at which time and place, any interested party may appear and make any objection known or otherwise contest the name change.
