Poling, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia at 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, on Friday, January 31, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.. Any person objecting to the Petition may appear and may be heard at the hearing thereon. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
