The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment against the Defendant, Martha Buckley.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located, it is ordered that Martha Buckley do serve upon Charles Beard, magistrate, whose address is 127 Green Lane, Lewisburg, WV 24901, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before within one month after the date of the first publication thereof, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against defendant Martha Buckley at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
