The object of the above entitled action is for Hayden Mathew Hess to legally changes his/her name to Hayden Mathew Groves. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Hayden Mathew Hess to Hayden Mathew Groves.
A hearing shall be on the 5th day of March, 2020 at 10:30am o;clock before the Honorable Judge Michael J. Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
