NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Municipal Planning Commission of the City of Charleston, West Virginia will hold a public hearing at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 5, 2020, in the Conference Room at the City Services Center at 915 Quarrier Street on the first floor of the Municipal Parking Building on the case below: Council’s Committee on Planning, Streets, & Traffic of the City of Charleston, West Virginia will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m., Monday, February 24, 2020, in the Conference Room at the City Services Center at 915 Quarrier Street on the first floor of the Municipal Parking Building on the case below: Bill No. 7863 – amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Charleston, West Virginia, enacted the 1st day of January 2006, as amended, and the map made a part thereof, by creating the Neighborhood Reinvestment Overlay Zoning District including provisions for residential density, parking, and development standards, containing all parcels of land as shown on the attached map included as Exhibit A, Charleston, West Virginia.
