You will take notice that H3 LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 419393, located in MARSH FORK District, SUR 0.85 AC WTS DREWS CRK which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of PATRICK K AND SANDRA K DUFFY, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on October 9, 2019. H3 LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after March 17, 2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
