The Planning Commission of the City of Nitro will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 17, 2020 at 6:00 pm in the Nitro City Council Chambers at 497 First Avenue South, Nitro, WV 25143. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the petition of Clarence H. Huckaby Jr., 23 Lake Drive, Nitro requesting the city abandon property that adjoins his existing property to gain access to be able to add a detached garage with the current configuration being too steep to allow access.
