ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, FOR ALL PRIME CONTRACTORS; optional for interested subbidders and material suppliers. All bidders should attend Meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information. Bidders shall specifically be made aware of Labor and Equal Opportunity Requirements. After the review of the documents and after the prebid, written questions only will be addressed by addendum. The written questions must be submitted via email to Gina Milum at [email protected] no later than 12:00 pm on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 with response back to the contractors no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. A Bid bond is not required. No Bid may withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
