ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, FOR ALL PRIME CONTRACTORS; optional for interested subbidders and material suppliers. All bidders should attend Meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information. Bidders shall specifically be made aware of Labor and Equal Opportunity Requirements. After the review of the documents and after the prebid, written questions only will be addressed by addendum.
