The BECKLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY, Beckley, West Virginia will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors at its administrative offices at 100 Beckwoods Drive for it’s FY2018-2019 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM – Addition and Renovations – Administrative Office Building until 11:30 a.m. EST on the 6th day of March, 2020, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A Prebid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST on the 14th day of February, 2020 at the Administrative Offices at 100 Beckwoods Drive, Beckley, West Virginia. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is recommended. Site visitation is mandatory. Site visitation will be conducted immediately after the prebid meeting.
The BECKLEY HOUSING AUTHORITY reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. A certified check or bank draft, payable to The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley Par Value U.S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
