NOTICE OF HEARING
The City of Wheeling hereby gives notice that a hearing will be held on March 4, 2020 at 1:30pm at the Wheeling Municipal Court located in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia relevant to property located at:
1019 McColloch Street, Wheeling, WV 26003
City of Wheeling hereby advises any lienholder, assign or parties of interest that the following owners have been in possession of said property in most recent time:
Tyler Rice
Wilfred L. Spencer III
Hope Scott
The City of Wheeling has received permission to demolish the structure on said property and the object of this proceeding is to allow any and all lienholders on said above described property to protect their interest and/or to object to said demolition of the structure at 1019 McColloch Street.
Any and all lienholders are directed to appear in the Wheeling Municipal Courtroom located at 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia on March 4, 2020 at 1:30pm for the hearing to protect their interests, object or make argument regarding the planned demolition of the structure on said property.
The City of Wheeling hereby gives notice to any and all lienholders on said property and specifically the following lienholder:

The object of this publication by Class I legal advertisement is to notify any and all lienholders, assigns, and parties of interest of the Hearing scheduled for March 4, 2020. This Order may affect property and other rights of the Respondent. The Respondent is strongly encouraged to obtain a copy of this Order and Petition from the Municipal Court Clerk of the City of Wheeling.
