NOTICE
Proposals for Print Services will be received by West Virginia Northern Community College in Room 102 of the B&O Building, 1704 Market Street, Wheeling, WV, 26003, attention: Lyndsie Scott-Guzek until 12:00 p.m. local time March 7th, 2020. All bids will be publically opened and read aloud at 3:00 p.m. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) to be considered.
After the opening, the bids will be compared for quality, thoroughness, and cost by the College.
