ENFORCEMENT ORDINANCE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 18th day of February, 2020 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 10:00 a.m., the Raleigh County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing for the proposed amendment to the Raleigh County Code Enforcement ordinance. Changes will be made to the following chapters:
Article 7 Fees (a) and (f)
A Copy of the proposed amendment may be reviewed in the office of the County Commission located at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV or the Raleigh County Code Enforcement Office located at 203 South Eisenhower Drive, Beckley, WV.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by February 17, 2020 will be considered. Written comments should be sent to: Raleigh County Commission, 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801.
