STORAGE UNIT AUCTION
to enforce West Virginia Self-Storage Lien Act Code 38-14-5.

Holdings, LLC d/b/a AAA Mini Storage will hold a public auction to sell personal property held at it’s self-storage facilities to satisfy a self-storage lien on the property of JOSEPH CLARK #(C)2, STEVEN BIRCHFIELD #(C)69, AMANDA GILLESPIE #(M)89, JAMES R. LILLY #(M) 50 and 62, WENDY COWLEY #(F)13, MAE TOMPKINS #(F)10, PENELOPE ALDERSON #(F)43, and SHARON WHITE #(F)122.
Public Auction will take place at 475 Cranberry Road, Beckley, on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., and 351 Market Road, Beckley, and 598 Bolt Road, Fairdale, immediately following.
This is a full bin auction.
All units subject to a $50.00 refundable deposit. Buyer has 48 hours to empty the unit or deposit and unit contents is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
10% buyer’s premium for this auction.
