The object of the above entitled action is for Barbara A. Reass to legally change his/her name to Barbara A. Baker. Notice is hereby give that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Barbara A. Reass to Barbara A. Baker.
A hearing shall be on the 21st day of February, 2020 at 9:30 AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge David J. Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publiation.
