NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated April 6, 2006, from Robert F. Cheek and Trisha Johnston to Prestige Title Co. LLC, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5021, at page 8739, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $48,246.40, payable to 21st Mortgage Corporation, and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by 21st Mortgage Corporation, the undersigned Successor Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on March 4, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, a certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being Lot No. 10, as shown and designated on a map entitled “B. R. Crawford Plat No. 3 scale 1″ = 100”, which said map is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map File 2-130A, reference to which is hereby made for more particular description of said lot. Including a 2006 Clayton Mobile Home, 56 x 28, with a Serial Number of CAP020012TNAB.
Being the same property conveyed from Delores Reta Crawford, widow, to Trisha Johnston and Robert Cheek by Deed dated January 24, 2006, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office on Roll No. 5020, at page 8445.
Terms of the sale: cash on date of sale.
