The object of the above-entitled action is to award Petitioner legal custody of the infant children, KMJ and DCJ. The current address of Jalenna Christine Williams-Jenkins is unknown and certified mail was returned undeliverable to her last known address, and, accordingly, it is Ordered that Jalenna Christine Williams-Jenkins do serve upon Krista Conway, counsel for the Petitioner, whose mailing address is Conway Law Office, 635 7th Street, Huntington, WV 25701, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before March 12, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jalenna Christine Williams-Jenkins at anytime thereafter. A copy of said Petition for Adoption can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
